MILKLAB BARISTA BATTLE SERIES - HOW IT WORKS
The MILKLAB Barista Battle series will run heats in six states across Australia in August 2022. This is the ultimate latte art smackdown where you could win the chance to rep your state at the finals at Melbourne International Coffee Expo (MICE). That’s not all, the winner of the Australian final at MICE will be invited to become a MILKLAB Master Barista and go on to compete in the international final against MILKLAB Master Baristas from other countries for the chance to win a trip for two to London Coffee Festival 2023!
STATE HEATS & PRIZES
There will be state heats in NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, WA & ACT where baristas will compete head-to-head in a bracket-style knock-out tournament. The best pour, as decided by our expert panel of judges will go on to the next round. For each state event, there will be 24 baristas, 4 rounds and 1 winner!
- 1st Place: A pass to Melbourne International Coffee Expo to represent your state at the national final, PLUS flights & accommodation to Melbourne for 3-nights.
- 2nd Place: $200 MasterCard gift card
- 3rd Place: $100 MasterCard gift card
- All competitors will also get a MILKLAB merch pack 😎
