Dairy Farmers Thickened Cream600ml
Dark Chocolate30g
Ladyfinger Biscuits30
Strong Coffee, Cooled1 cup
Cocoa Powder, to dust5g
Methods
Step 01.
Whisk the Dairy Farmers Thickened Cream to stiff peaks.
Step 02.
Spread 3-4 tablespoons of the whipped cream into the base of a serving dish.
Step 03
One at a time, dip the biscuits into the coffee (do not soak) then arrange in a single layer in the dish.
Step 04.
Spoon over half the remaining cream, sprinkle over half the chocolate.
Step 05.
Repeat dipped biscuit layer.
Step 06.
Fill a piping bag with remaining cream and pipe on top to decorate.
Step 07.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours.
Step 08.
Dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with remaining chocolate just before serving.
