AGB 8" Sourdough Garlic Bread Loaf1
Cherry tomatoes, halved½ cup
Balsamic vinegar1 tablespoon
Extra virgin olive oil3 tablespoons
Peach, cut into segments1
Burrata cheese, at room temperature100g
Avocado, chopped½
Micro greens

Methods

Step 01

Heat a large pan over medium heat.

Step 02

Add the olive oil, tomatoes and a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook until the tomatoes just begin to burst, about 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and let it cool slightly, then stir in the vinegar.

Step 03

Preheat your grill to high heat or preheat your oven to 200°C.
