All-In-One Breakfast Bake

Kraft Heinz All-In-One Breakfast Bake is so simple, yet so satisfying it will have everyone coming back for more!

  • 25 Rectangle hash browns
  • 4 Medium onions, finely chopped
  • 750g Bacon
  • HEINZ® Baked Beans
  • 25 Eggs
  • 125g Cheese, grated
  • Chopped fresh parsley to garnish

  1. Preheat oven to 210°C (fan bake).
  2. Lay the hash browns as a single layer at the base of a baking dish, cutting to fit if necessary.
  3. Cook hash browns for 15 minutes. While they are cooking prepare the filling.
  4. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the onion and bacon and cook until the onions have softened, and bacon has cooked.
  5. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for a further minute.
  6. Add HEINZ® Baked Beans and stir while heating. Spoon the hot bean mixture over the cooked hash browns. Make indentations in the beans with the back of a spoon and break in the eggs.
  7. Scatter over grated cheese. Cover the dish lightly with foil, avoiding it touching the eggs.
  8. Return the dish to the oven and cook for a further 10-15 minutes, until the eggs are set to your liking. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
