Overnight Oat Fruit Cups

Overnight oats are a healthy, make-ahead breakfast option. Add SPC ProVital fruit to make them even more delicious and wholesome!

  • 2 cups (180g) rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups (375mL) milk
  • 1 1/2 cups (375mL) Greek-style yoghurt, extra to serve
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbs honey or maple syrup
  • 240g SPC ProVital 2 Fruits Diced Fruit 
  • Extra natural yoghurt, to serve
  • Ground cinnamon for dusting

  1. Place oats, milk, yoghurt, cinnamon, and honey in a bowl. Stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  2. To serve, layer oat mixture in a small glass jar with Diced Two Fruits, extra yoghurt and a sprinkle cinnamon on top
