Ingredients
- 90g Perfect Italiano Traditional Mozzarella Shredded
- 200g pizza dough, rolled and ready
- 110g lamb, oven roasted with lemon and rosemary, and diced
- 35g Mainland Special Reserve Creamy Feta Cubes
- 20g Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
- 30ml caramelised onions
- 3 lemon wedges
- 30ml tzatziki dip
- ½ rosemary
- 5g cracked black pepper

Method
- Spread Perfect Italiano Mozzarella around pizza base, with more at the outer edges than the centre.
- Place diced roasted lamb evenly around the pizza and follow with crumbled Mainland Feta Cubes and kalamata olives.
- Add a layer of caramelised onions which will protect the lamb from overcooking.
- When cooked, drizzle tzatziki dip over the pizza and garnish with chopped rosemary. Serve with lemon wedges for drizzling over.
