  • Sara Lee Large Croissant 75g
  • Bacon
  • Poached Egg
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Bake Sara Lee croissant for 6 minutes at 200°C.
  2. Slice your croissants in half lengthways and lay in the tomato, cooked bacon, poached egg and avocado.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
