Step 01
Heat oven to 200ᵒC
Step 02
Take sheet of pastry and place on a baking tray.
Step 03
In a bowl combine sugar, diced apple and diced apricots with cinnamon and spread over the puff pastry.
Step 04
Fold over the edges.
Step 05
Place in oven to cook for 40 minutes or until golden.
Step 06
Serve warm, drizzled with caramel topping and custard.
