- 25 x 100g Fillets lemon fish
- 750g HEINZ® [SERIOUSLY] GOOD® Spicy Peri Peri Mayonnaise
- 500g Natural corn chips, crushed
- Golden Circle® Australian Pineapple Thins
- 25 Brioche, ciabatta or hamburger buns
- Salad leaves

Method:
- Heat oven to 200ᵒC.
- Take sheet of pastry and place on a baking tray.
- In a bowl combine sugar, diced apple and diced apricots with cinnamon and spread over the puff pastry.
- Fold over the edges.
- Place in oven to cook for 40 minutes or until golden.
- Serve warm, drizzled with caramel topping and custard.
