Ingredients     

  • 25 x 100g Fillets lemon fish
  • 750g HEINZ® [SERIOUSLY] GOOD® Spicy Peri Peri Mayonnaise
  • 500g Natural corn chips, crushed
  • Golden Circle® Australian Pineapple Thins
  • 25 Brioche, ciabatta or hamburger buns
  • Salad leaves

Method:

  1. Heat oven to 200ᵒC.
  2. Take sheet of pastry and place on a baking tray.
  3. In a bowl combine sugar, diced apple and diced apricots with cinnamon and spread over the puff pastry.
  4. Fold over the edges.
  5. Place in oven to cook for 40 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve warm, drizzled with caramel topping and custard.
