Ingredients     

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni (½ of a large packet)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Heinz Seriously Good Smokey Bacon Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 pound (about 4 cups) freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • Panko Crumbs (to top)
  • Butter

Method

  1. Cook pasta until al dente
  2. Make up creamy bacon cheese sauce by mixing together Heinz Seriously Good Smokey Bacon Mayonnaise, salt, cheddar cheese and full-fat Greek yoghurt
  3. Stir sauce into the cooked pasta and top with a mix of panko & cheddar (and little knobs of butter)
  4. Cook in hot oven until crunchy & brown
