Sticky Bourbon Pork Ribs

Autumn has finally arrived, there is no better time to indulge in Kraft Heinz take on Sticky Bourbon Pork Ribs

  • 2kg Pork full rack ribs
  • 1 Cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • HEINZ® Tomato Ketchup
  • LEA & PERRINS® Worcestershire Sauce
  • HP Sauce
  • 1/2 Cup bourbon
  • 1/3 Cup apple cider vinegar
  • 40mL Sticky balsamic vinegar
  • 20g Ground cinnamon
  • 20g Ground ginger
  • Steak cut chips, to serve
  • Caramelised lime halves, to serve

  1. Set combi oven to 160°C.
  2. Cut ribs in half and season them. Place ribs into a chaffing or baking dish so they fit.
  3. Whisk the sugar.
  4. Roast ribs for 1.5 hours.
  5. Place the roasting pan over medium heat and stir the cooking juices until they are reduced and syrupy. Pour sauce over ribs and serve with chips and 1 caramelised lime half.

Serving Suggestion: Cut the ribs into individual pieces and serve as a share platter.
