Method
- Dip ice cream cone in Priestley's Gourmet Delights Mixed Berry Coulis
- Place ice cream cone upright in a narrow dessert glass. The glass needs to be narrow to hold the cone upright
- Place Priestley's Gourmet Delights Red Velvet Slice inside the cone, with the crumble side facing up
- Decorate as you please. You can even add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top
