- 1 portion Priestley's Jaffa Slice
- 30mL Priestley's salted caramel dessert sauce
- Juice of 1/2 an orange
- 1/2 shot spiced rum

Method:
- Cut Priestley's Jaffa Slice in half and stack on plate
- Combine Priestley's salted caramel dessert sauce and orange juice
- Heat in microwave for 20 seconds
- Pour sauce around jaffa slice
- Pour rum over sauce
- Flambe and serve
