Ingredients

  • 1 portion Priestley's Jaffa Slice
  • 30mL Priestley's salted caramel dessert sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 an orange
  • 1/2 shot spiced rum

Method:

  1. Cut Priestley's Jaffa Slice in half and stack on plate
  2. Combine Priestley's salted caramel dessert sauce and orange juice
  3. Heat in microwave for 20 seconds
  4. Pour sauce around jaffa slice
  5. Pour rum over sauce
  6. Flambe and serve
