Italian Platter with Speedibake Ciabatta Loaf

  • 1 Speedibake Ciabatta Loaf, sliced into wedges 
  • 4-6 slices prosciutto, thinly sliced 
  • 6-8 slices salami, thinly sliced 
  • 6 slices bresaola (air-dried beef), thinly sliced 
  • 3 fresh mozzarella balls 
  • 6-8 semi dried tomatoes 
  • 10-12 marinated olives (a mix of green and black olives) 
  • 1 tbsp roasted red peppers, sliced 
  • 3-4 marinated artichokes, halved 
  • 8-10 grilled zucchini slices 
  • 6-8 fresh basil leaves 
  • Extra virgin olive oil 
  • Balsamic glaze 
  • Freshly ground black pepper

  1. Slice the Speedibake Ciabatta Loaf into wedges and arrange them on a platter. 
  2. Surround with Italian meats: Layer slices of prosciutto, arrange the salami slices next to the ham, then add the thinly sliced bresaola to complete the meat selection. 
  3. Place the fresh mozzarella balls on the platter alongside the meats. Stack the tomatoes, marinated olives, sliced roasted red peppers and artichokes around the platter. 
  4. Grill or lightly sauté zucchini slices until tender and add them to the platter. Garnish with fresh basil leaves. Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze over the cheese, meats, and vegetables. Finish with a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper for added flavor.
