Step 01.
Place the potatoes in a saucepan and cover them with cold, salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender. Drain and set aside to cool.

In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill, and zest. Set aside until needed.

Once the potatoes have cooled to room temperature, add the mayonnaise mixture and stir until evenly coated. Add the cucumber and radishes, then toss gently to combine.
Step 04.
Flake in the salmon, garnish with the extra dill and lemon zest.
