Bacon & Eggs Breakfast
Delicious Primo Bacon and Sunny Side Up Eggs make for a tasty start.

Ingredients
- Primo Middle Bacon
- Butter
- 2 Slices Sourdough Bread (toasted)
- Vine Ripened Tomatoes
- Baby Spinach Leaves
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tsp salt (to taste)
- ½ tsp pepper (to taste)

Method
- Fry bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crisp
- Cook the eggs, heat a medium sized frying pan over medium heat. Add Butter, then add eggs. Let cook until white has set, but yolk is still a bit runny, about 4-5 minutes.
- Slightly pan fry the tomatoes until they are soft to the touch and juicy.
- Spread toast with butter, then layer bacon, eggs, tomatoes, and baby spinach leaves onto plate.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
