Bacon & Eggs Breakfast

Delicious Primo Bacon and Sunny Side Up Eggs make for a tasty start.



  • Primo Middle Bacon
  • Butter
  • 2 Slices Sourdough Bread (toasted)
  • Vine Ripened Tomatoes
  • Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ tsp salt (to taste)
  • ½  tsp pepper (to taste)


  • Fry bacon in a frying pan over medium heat until crisp
  • Cook the eggs, heat a medium sized frying pan over medium heat. Add Butter, then add eggs. Let cook until white has set, but yolk is still a bit runny, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Slightly pan fry the tomatoes until they are soft to the touch and juicy.
  • Spread toast with butter, then layer bacon, eggs, tomatoes, and baby spinach leaves onto plate.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
