- Sara Lee Large Croissant 75g
- Bacon
- Poached Egg
- Avocado
- Tomato
- Salt
- Pepper

Method
- Bake Sara Lee croissant for 6 minutes at 200°C.
- Poach egg for 3-4 minutes for a firm and runny yolk.
- Cook bacon to desired level of crispiness.
- Slice your croissants in half lengthways and lay in the tomato, cooked bacon, poached egg and avocado.
- Season with salt and pepper.
