Ingredients
- 1 Tip Top Seeded Milk Bun
- 1 Egg
- 90g Pulled pork
- 2 Slices Swiss cheese
- 2 Tomato slices
- 1 tbsp Pineapple chutney
- 1/2 cup Iceberg, shredded
- 2 Slices beetroot
- 1 tbsp Burger special sauce

Method
- Preheat non-stick pan to medium heat.
- Toast the insides of the Tip Top Seeded Milk Bun in the pan, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, fry the egg on one side and heat the pulled pork on the other.
- Remove egg when whites have turned white and yolk is done how you prefer.
- Add a slice of cheese on top of the pork while still in the pan, add the tomato slices, then top with the egg. Cover with a lid until the cheese has softened.
- To assemble the burger, spread pineapple chutney on the base of the bun, add the iceberg, beetroot, then the pork stack.
- Spread the burger sauce on the top of the bun and serve immediately for best results.
